There are two sinking and detiorating trenches across the road outside our house, one has been marked for repair, the other (photo attached) hasn’t. The trench is approx 14inches wide. I live at the Old Post Office, Hyde Road.

This pothole has been getting worse for probably 2 years or more. Every time a vehicle hits it at speed and the other trench next to it, our house literally shakes, I worry that this is causing structural damage to our house which dates from 17th century. This is not helped by the recent spate of 30 ton tipper trucks that now run through the village often at 30mph+ which I’m sure is a main reason these trenches are getting worse.
