Soakaway needs clearing and the culvert opened and the water which is right across the main a4155 can get away. this has been reported many times . .why has it not been looked into.?

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

After heavy rain the main a4155 , a very busy road , floods which is on a nasty bend,drivers don't realise there is deep water right across the road,this has been reported many times . roadside drain has been sucked out but needs the soakaway and culvert dug out so the water can drain away.
