Severely Blocked drain

This drain for surface water is totally blocked below the grate. This is preventing water on the surface running away and now poses a flood risk to the homes nearby. The photos show the extent of the flooding on 20/09/2023. Any flood damage to properties now the council have been notified will be the risk of the council for remediation.

This issue was highlighted by me more than 4 months ago and nothing has been done. The drain was last cleared 6 years ago.
