Drains blocked on Cotmore Gardens causing massive flooding right now. Flood water has ruined the road, pathway and my driveway!!

  • Thank you for your report. Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining approximately 120,000 gullies on the highway network. Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy and we operate a targeting programme with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding. However after my visit today I found the gullies at location pinpointed were not blocked. We will continue to monitor this during our routine inspections. Regards
