Blocked drain and my garage contents are standing in water!

The water has backed up and is flowing through the walls of my garage. Please can you sort this out asap as I am elderly and cannot move everything and it is being damaged.

  • Our gully cleansing contractor has been unable to clear the pipes to get the drainage system working. OCC will undertake further work to identify the cause of the failure of the drainage system and a solution. Whilst we are responsible for the highway drainage, the problem can be related to other service providers such as Thames Water, or could relate to a private ditch, stream or culvert.
