Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This causes a large banging noise when driven over and is keeping the whole house awake. I have been waiting since I moved here for the Council to fix it. You came out, looked at the wrong manhole cover and then closed the case without even talking to me. It is outside Archway Cottage, NOT Three Roses Cottage. Do I really now have to wait another 3 months for you to come out again?
