Loose gravel across the road after recent heavy rain

There's a lot of loose gravel built up in the centre of the eastbound carriageway on the B4507 between Challow and The Ham in Wantage. Mostly from the rapidly deteriorating edges. This is very hazardous for bikes that need to brake or alter course - especially in the dark/wet when it's less obvious. Can't stop to take photos as it's too dangerous.
