Reported via desktop in the Report a tree problem category anonymously at 17:58, Tue 19 September 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Overhanging trees that are being hit by buses and vans causing branches to fall in the road / leaf fall affecting pavement and guttering . The branches are pulling on cables attached to the houses opposite Hook Norton Manor House . The trees are not maintained and as they are now affecting the public pavement and highway we would be grateful for your advice and help. Thank you .

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land maintainable by the adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. I have sent correspondence to the landowner, detailing the problem and advising that they carry out remedial works to resolve the situation.

    State changed to: Investigation complete
