Several craters in tarmac on small road approaching GP surgery

Road has been in poor state for at least past two years and is getting worse heading into winter. People are being encouraged to cycle to surgery due to shortage of parking but road conditions make it hazardous for cyclists and walkers due to loose gravel and rough surface.
