Unnecessary Temporary Traffic Lights.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Today 19th Sep 2023 at 06:35am and again at 10:30am tempory traffic lights were causing significant traffic delays in both traffic directions with no work in progress, no workmen and no work vehicle to be seen. Please impress on the contractors that they must remove traffic control measures when there is no work in progress and that financial penalties will be imposed when they fail to do so.
