Drains overflowing into resident's garden

The resident of The Glen, Henley Road OX4 4YN has reported to the Parish Council water flowing from the road and down the side of their house.

The water seems to be coming principally from the drain on the opposite side of the road (What3Words ///pipe.crust.duke) which, due to recent resurfacing works, flows across the road and into The Glen.

The drains further up Henley Road (around ///later.model.silk) also appear to be blocked, which makes the problem by The Glen even worse.

Could these drain covers & gullies please be cleared as a matter of urgency?
