Blocked gullies

Reported via desktop in the Gully and Catchpits category anonymously at 09:17, Tuesday 19 September 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

I have received an email yesterday saying my Fix my Street account will be closed down unless I use it. The reason I don't use it is because nothing ever happens when you comp-lain. Accordingly I repeat here a complaint I made in Feb 2021(see belwo@. There has been no work done since, despite a notification that it would be part of a regular maintenance schedule:

Photo of this reportzoom Following recent wet weather of last two months, two storm gullies in Church lane outside my house (Church Farm, Church Lane, Hampton Poyle), appear full of silt. They are attached by pipes I think to other gullies farther down the lane, which themselves are piped to road side ditches which drain down to River Cherwell. Pretty sure slow drainage outside my house is due to silted storm gullies not high river levels. All storm gullies and pipes in Church Lane need jetting out and clearing not just those outside my property.
