Old fence wire by fallen tree

While avoiding a hole, to then avoid a tree, my bike was ensnared in huge wires poking up from the ground. This is likely old fence, but incredibly danger to any other unsuspecting passerby. This is to be found in the field, between the traffic lights and the turn pike
