12" sharp edge pot hole on eastern side of road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This road has several deep, sharp edge holes on the driving line that are impossible to see in dark / wet conditions. My tyre was destroyed hitting this unsighted pothole at less than 30 mph
