Loss of pavement to poor maintenance

Raised pavement totally overgrown so that tarmac path us unusable and dangerously slippery - forcing all pedestrians to walk in road : Mill street is narrow dark slippery, often wet ( spring / stream ) and near a blind corner . Tarmac path totally overgrown. This path need to be restored with spade and shovel if it is to be safe.

  • Opposite the path the Hedge and verge are overgrown again due to lack of maintenance. upcoming vehicles are obliged to use the road as single track, HGVs have damamged overhanging vegetation, There has been no maintenace of Mill Street this summer..
