Overgrown Pavement not accessible.

I observed travelling back towards Southmoor from the A420 last week a lady in a wheelchair having to go on the road as the pavement leading from Springhill to the roundabout towards the A420 is almost non existent covered in weeds and overhanging branches. Terrible and very dangerous for the lady in question with cars passing by. I would imagine the same would apply with someone pushing a pushchair. They would have to use the road too. Grass and weeds need to be taken back so that the pavement can be used.
