Large hole in the road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Large hole on the road near a manhole cover that is not level as well poss a leaking pipe so a lot of water on the edge of the road it is not from the river looks like a leak , which then as of the water you can’t see the hole in the road
