New Tarmac??

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Again, like the new lights that have not been replaced in the stretch of Hazel Crescent, when is the new tarmac going to come to the pavements of Hazel Crescent? I have lived here for over 14 years and have never had new tarmac on the pavements while other, less used side roads have had it done at least twice in the same time!! Is this stretch a forgotten area on the maintenance schedule?? It just seems odd that the new lighting hasn't happened here or the new tarmac when the rest of Kidlington has had all of theirs done! Can you clarify when/if the works will take place. Thanks.
