Broken railings on footpath in conservation area

Some YEARS ago, the damage to these black and white railings that are considered of ‘significant importance in North Moreton conservation area’ was reported to you and the red barriers put up. We were told the railings would be repaired. Now it appears the report has been lost so I was asked, as chair of NMPC, to report it again. Please could this be looked into for us? I would be grateful to receive updates or a contact to whom I could talk.
