Trees growing out of the carriageway and blocking Lyne Road

This issue has been growing for at least three years. There are elm and ash trees actually growing out of the carriageway, such that the road is completely blocked to vehicles (so the rear of at least one property is inaccessible, e.g. to emergency vehicles). The property fence is also being damaged by rampant brambles and tree growth.
