Noisy manhole cover when buses and cars driver over it

Please see your report below saying this has been fixed. It has not been fixed at all. Numerous residents have put this on Fix My Street and it’s reported fixed but it’s not. Please action asap

Noisy manhole cover The manhole near the speed bump as you turn right into Brake Hill was broken by the weight of the buses. It was replaced a month or so but any vehicle drives over it it makes a noise which can be heard in the surrounding houses. It has been reported on here by one of the neighbours a month ago and status said it had been repaired but it hasn’t. Please repair asap
