20 mph signs not visible - black lettering very feint

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The text on at least three of the 20mph signs on this stretch of road is barely visible. This is a direct cause of drivers being ignorant of the speed limit, on a relatively narrow road where it is inevitable that there will be a fatality or serious injury due to the dangerous mix of cycles, scooters and speeding cars. This situation (signs being feint) has been present for the last 12 months.
