Still waiting for new give way sign after 2 years

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Over 2 years ago you put a new post into the ground for the new give way signs on approach to the pinch point. It's still sitting there, Can you either remove it or finish the work by putting the new signs in? There is already too much roadside signage in the village without abandoned posts.
