Footpath completely overgrown so pedestrians have to go on the cycle path

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category by Gillian Dean at 14:49, Tue 12 September 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

All along Audlett Drive in parts there are sections of the footpath that are overgrown with weeds and small bushes. In the last few years nothing has been done to remove this growth so now pedestrians cannot walk on sections of the footpath. This is very dangerous for them and cyclists.

  • I get the distinct impression that this neglect which is all over town is either deliberate neglect with a managed decline agenda, simply inability to grasp the nettle, financial impotence, laziness, or Labour Shortage.

What happened to the promised Community Punishments plan where convicted criminals would be made to clean all this sort of stuff up huh?

Ive seen it being done in the old East Berlin in A Park.
