Poor visibility when exiting Golby Road (Minor Road) onto Barford Road (Major Road) OX15 4GX. This is not helped by the 'Speeding Traffic' entering Bloxham from Barford St Michael. Passing the ' 30 MPH Speed Sensor by Bloxham Mill. Please refer to the attached Highways Specification requirement for this junction and photographs of current sightline. Please provide the date this junction was last inspected as the sightline issue has been ongoing for some time.
