Damaged barrier

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
It is hard to see traffic coming down the hill going through the restriction. I always leave a gap between my car and the vehicle in front when I have to stop and wait (see 3rd photo). By the time the car in front has gone far enough over the bridge, my car has still not reached the stop line. This technique is all I can do to feel safe. Maybe a Vehicle Activated Speed sign set to 20mph on each side of the bridge would make this bridge safer.
It also appears the council has given up on a solution to the damage here. The damage in the photos (2 missing keep right signs and 1 barrier not put back properly) has been not been repaired for over 6 months now.

Slowing the traffic down makes it worse since it's harder to clear the bridge. Just fix the bridge and there is no issue.
