The pavement is extremely damaged and uneven with lots of loose stones and gravel.

My mother has mobility issues and is recovering from an operation. The pavement outside her bungalow is unsafe as it is disintegrating. There is uneven ground and loose tarmac, I am very concerned that she could fall and sustain an injury.
