Man hole cover bent, tarmac collapsing around it.

The man hole cover at the front of 53 Newbury street is bent and lifts up very easily. The tarmac around the manhole is crumbling and if you touch it, it sinks. We are concerned this will collapse leaving a big hole, especially if a car drives over it. It has been getting progressively worse over a few months.
