Insufficient signage and road markings

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The junction between Godstow Road and Mere Road is a mini roundabout. But I have had so many close calls with traffic on the Godstow Road ignoring the roundabout. It needs more signs, better road markings and formal stop signs .

  • Thank you for your report. Unfortunately, traffic signs regulations do not allow us to use STOP signs at mini roundabouts. If the existing signs are obscured by foliage please let us know by re-reporting under Trees or Grass and Hedges as this will direct the issue to the appropriate organisation that carries out this type of work.
