Vehicle blocking access to houses, church and ruins

Yet again, the issue of cars (this time a large van!) blocking access to houses, the church and ruins, has not been addressed. This time, a large van has parked practically on top of a fragile stone wall and right across the almost illegible Keep Clear sign. This has been reported on many occasions this year, but still nothing has been done about it.
