Ivy starting to block steps down to Wallingford Street

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The steps from Haywards Close down to Wallingford Street and never swept unless residents do it. Ivy and other plants are starting to grow out into the passage way. The area between the steps and the road is covered in a mass of weeds. The bindweed is growing down the wall and onto the pavement. This area has never been tended since its creation when the wall was repaired.
