Overgrown bushes need cutting back

Please could you cut back the overgrown bushes on the approach to the underpass pedestrian / cycle path. Whilst walking today I nearly had a collision with someone riding an electric scooter as there is no view line due to foliage. Location is pathway from Lydia Close Barton towards subway entrance.
