New 20mph limit

Reported via Android in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 01:27, Thursday 7 September 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Since the new 20mph limit has been introduced their has been a noticeable increase in congestion in the village surely this canno be good for air pollution levels?! Their has also been large Increase in noise at all times as cars are taking longer to pass our homes along with drivers honking each other because of the slow speed holding each other up. My bus service to work has also been disrupted due to the limit and increased congestion but I cannot get on an earlier bus into the village, meaning I am constantly late for work! Please revert to the original 30mph limit along the Banbury road (A4260) and the hempton road (B4031) in my personal opinion it can stay around the other parts of the village but we will of course need a adequate consulting period for this!
