Poor Road Markings / traffic management

This roundabout is dangerous due to volumes of traffic east to west bound. Cars back up over the roundabout preventing traffic progressing north bound from Southam Road.

I have experienced several near misses due to confusing road markings / lanes where cars in the wrong lane cut across when navigating the roundabout.

Traffic backing up from the Tesco roundabout on Ruscote Ave causes more issues. Ideally traffic flow needs to be traffic light controlled on all four approaches.

Please can someone from Highways look into the infrastructure of this roundabout as its only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs.
