High and thick hedge obstructing vision of road

Hedge extremely high and dense obstructing vision of the road as we walk from our path directly onto the road. We have no footpath adjoining the road so vision when leaving our path is very important especially as this is on a bend. This also obstructs vision of the road when exiting our driveway, which caused a car accident in July where our car was written off. Hedge needs to be lower and thinner from the roadside for safety.
