Traffix lights stuck on red

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The roadworks traffic lights between Turnpike pub roundabout and loop farm roundabout are not changing, leaving drivers to decide whether or not to risk running a red light into potentially oncoming traffic. This is the 3rd day in a row with this problem. Traffic is backed up half the way to begbroke.
