Very deep pothole & drain cover on the road.

This strip of road has been dreadful for as long as I can remember, and has progressively become much worse over recent years. But this area photographed close to the entrance of a driveway [Coordinates: (51.6593923, -1.4964792)] is definitely in urgent need of repairing. I normally have to swerve around it but could not avoid it yesterday as there were oncoming vehicles on the opposite side of the road - this unfortunately caused a burst tyre, damage to my rims & underside of my car.
