Encroachment on verge - urgent safety issue

Resident at 88 Aylesbury Road have knocked down the wall in fornt of their property and used the bricks to build a type of ramp for vehicular access via the footpath. This is a safety issue as they have encroached on the grass verge and the Town Council won't be able to cut the grass. Please bring to the attention of the HIghways Inspector.
