20mph sign pointing wrong way

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

As you enter Sunderland Avenue from the Witney direction, there is a 20mph sign corresponding to the parallel side street which incorrectly points towards the roundabout / ring road, giving the incorrect impression that Sunderland Avenue itself is 20mph when it is fact 30mph, and confusing automatic speed detectors on a modern car. The sign needs rotating 90 degrees clockwise, like all the other 20mph signs along this stretch of road.
