Insecure drain cover

This drain cover has been insecure for a long time and rattles every time a vehicle passes over it. It needs to be re secured.

  • Hi. Please can I implore you to look at this urgently. The impact to the quality of life if people living along this road is horrendous. If you can imagine the sound of a banger going off *every single time* a car or van goes over this loose manhole cover, at all hours of the day and night, you'll appreciate how incredibly disruptive it is. These people should not have to suffer months of (probably illegal levels of) noise. There are actually two manhole covers on this road with the same problem. Please can you get them looked at 🙏

  • My neighbour is correct in everything stated. The constant rattling noise is a public nuisance.

    An arrow has been drawn next to one of the covers but both need fixing as a matter of urgency.

  • Link to a video demonstrating how loud this is. This is a busy road, and every vehicle that drives over it makes this noise. It is horrendous.
