Large handrail fallen into cattle grid. Hazardous for cyclists and pedestrians on unlit path

Reported via mobile in the Suggested improvements category anonymously at 20:05, Saturday 2 September 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The handrail has rotted at the bottom of each post and has fallen into the cattle grid that is part of the well used cycle path from Marston to Oxford city (science are ) . It is obstructing the pathway and is a potential hazard to anyone not looking where they are going. It’s too heavy for me to move alone
