Grass Cutting - debris hazardous

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A plea for common sense. Over the post two days this area has had its grass cut. This has resulted in grass and hedge debris scattered on the surface; many items being the ragged remnants of the bramble from the verge and hedgerow. The whole route is now a hazard for punctures which could be resolved if the path was cleared with a blower after cutting. If this is not in the statement of works then consideration is given to including it in instructions to staff.
