Unmanaged trees causing issues with service wires

Reported via desktop in the Report a tree problem category anonymously at 13:14, Fri 1 September 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Following on from issue ENQ23964208

Yet again we have been cut off from the Internet due to overgrown trees damaging BT lines. BT advised they have managed to repair the issue for now but trees are pulling on wires and will snap them very soon. There is only one twisted pair of cables left working and if we get any strong winds, extremely likely they will be damaged and a significant number of houses will be cut off which is a major issue for our neighbour who relies on their landline and their panic button which works via the phone line. This is making it very difficult for us to work from home.
