Inefficient lighting intensity

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Street lights numbered 2 and 4 in Cow Lane, Kennington have recently been replaced with LED units, but the overhanging tree canopy seriously reduces the intensity of the lights. Significant cut back needed.
