Road sign illuminated in day time

The road signs 3S and 4S on Abingdon Road, Cumnor were illuminated yesterday in the early afternoon - it was a bright day. Road signs 6S and 7S on Oxford Road, Cumnor were also illuminated. Would it be helpful to have a separate report on these? I have photographs.
