Temporary sign dangerous position

Reported via Android anonymously at 12:05, Wed 30 August 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

A temporary sign has been positioned immediately as one turns left from Henley Road on the A4074. It's in a very dangerous place as one has to stop and wait to turn out, invisible to vehicles coming along behind. Please reposition further along the slip road and spare us this hazard.

  • I am carrying out some housekeeping on our systems and have found this open job. I can see no illuminated sign on our streetlighting file in the area. Please do advise if there is still an illuminated sign still in place.

  • The sign was for temporary Road works and has long gone.
