Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A4155 Reading to Henley on Thames at Shiplake. Close to junctions of Woodlands Road and Station Road Shiplake. Roadworks, one lane closed. Traffic heading towards Henley, has to overtake barriers and drive on wrong side of road. Dangerous for traffic approaching bend on wrong side of road, heading towards Henley on Thames. Dangerous for traffic approaching on correct side of road following a blind double bend, heading towards Reading. Unlit road . No traffic lights. No lights on barriers.
