Scrubland blocking highway view

The scrubland that has been allowed to overgrow by the local council is blocking the highway view, and has done so for a while now. Children play on this road and it is dangerous driving around the corner, as the previously visible highway is now completely blocked by the overgrown bushes/trees. The scrubland needs to be removed, and pushed back once again to the boundary line to make the highway visible and the road safe. This has been reported previously but no action was taken by the team sent out.
