Drain/Gully next to Zebra crossing blocked

There is a drain / Gully next to the zebra crossing outside John Mason School which is blocked. When there is rain its causing flooding/pooling outside the school which is spilling on to the Zebra Crossing. This is a safety concern for the children.

Please can this be resolved urgently, its still extremely blocked.
