Trip hazard due to destroyed (water?) hole cover. 7 inch hole

Destroyed 7 inch hole cover causing a serious trip hazard. Lots of elderly people on the street walking their dogs on this path. Been there for approximately a week. The hole is outside the drive of No.3 The Close.

  • Thank you for your report, We have checked the area and found that the damaged apparatus belongs to a utility company. We will make safe in the first instance if it is a danger to the public. However, we have raised a Section 81 to the Utility Company responsible for them to fix.
